The ZA HAMMER “Better Life” Guarantee
If after buying and trying any non-beverage ZA HAMMER products, they have not made your life at least a little better, we'll buy them back within 30 days of the delivery date of the products. Yes, we're that confident you're going to LOVE your ZA HAMMER products!
*Exclusions apply: Cannabis beverages are final sale. We do not offer refunds on beverages that are not damaged.
Beverage Returns & Replacements Policy
We stand behind every can we send out, so if your delivery shows up with leaking or punctured cans or something is missing from your order, let us know.
About Dented Cans
Sometimes dents happen during the journey from our facility to your doorstep. As long as a can isn't leaking, it's still safe (and delicious) to enjoy. We do not issue refunds or replacements for dented cans.
Damaged Deliveries
If you end up with damaged cans, here's how we'll take care of you:
- More than 4 cans damaged: We'll send you replacements.
- 3 cans or fewer: We'll issue you a credit per can toward your next order.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we'll handle the rest.
Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked “delivered” but nowhere to be found, give it 24 hours – it might still be making its way to you. After that window, reach out to us and we'll help track it down or issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Beverage Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Beverage Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal bundles or gift cards.
Non-Beverage Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your items. Please contact us to start a return or exchange.
Note: If returning an item, a shipping fee may be issued to return the item with a prepaid label.
Non-Beverage Refunds
We will notify you once we've received your return. If approved for a refund, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
