All ZA HAMMER orders ship fast, with free shipping on all orders over $100!
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for additional information.
Shipping Restrictions
Important Legal Notice
Orders are fulfilled and shipped only to addresses in states or jurisdictions where permitted by law. We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipment to the requested location is prohibited by law or regulation.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all laws governing the purchase, possession, and transportation of cannabis products in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that products offered on this site are legal outside of approved shipping locations.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We strive to process all orders within two business days, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely ship on Monday.
During the holidays or large promotional events, you may experience an occasional order that takes two business days to process.

Note: We ship orders Monday–Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Priority orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses are not accepted
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging for your privacy. Our packaging includes:
- Plain exterior packaging with no product descriptions
- Child-resistant containers as required by law
- Proper labeling in compliance with state regulations
- Temperature-appropriate packaging when necessary
Signature Requirements
Adult Signature Required
All packages require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The carrier will not leave packages unattended. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a notice and you may need to pick up your package at a local facility with valid ID.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or through your account on our site.
Damaged & Missing Items
If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

- For damaged packages, take photos before opening
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
Note: Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked “delivered” but nowhere to be found, give it 24 hours – it might still be making its way to you. After that window, reach out to us and we'll help track it down or issue a replacement or refund.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we can only ship within the United States. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, or Asia.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at orders@zahammer.com with your order number.
